Of Quesadillas and Mojitos

Jumat, 21 Januari 2011

Janet made pasta and salad for lunch on her second day. Being a salad lover that I am, I was really happy to know that she loves salad too specially when its dressed in vinaigrette. I'm really surprised that we share a lot of things in common. Francis was at home too just in time for lunch before he went to work and we all ate in harmony.

After lunch, we slept the day off since we got home late the day before. We were in Eastwood City at around 8pm and met KC and had my favorite quesadilla and mojito at Agave Mexican Cantina. Their quesadillas are the best so far for me, warm, moist and filling. The chicken slices were tender and it really went well with the mayo - garlic sauce. I had the Strawberry mojito and every sip brings a minty and sweet sensation to my taste buds.

We walked around Eastwood City after that and I'm happy that Janet liked the place. I was able to buy a pair of drop earrings at the bazaar for just P100. We waited for Mena and Cacai at the mall and I was honestly a little bit (just a little bit) mad because they made us wait for a long time. Turned out they got lost. (oh well...) We just sat there for a bit and talked about our upcoming Calaguas trip this March and invited them that they can come to my house on the day of our trip so they won't be late.

So let's see what happens...

Overall dining experience: 5 out of 5 skulls
