The highlight of our stay at The Bellevue Manila was our experience at the Mandarine Spa. Located in the 3rd floor of the Tower Wing, the spa boasts of plush carpeted floors, dim lights, modern fixtures and minty aroma that make the whole environment so relaxing.
Upon arriving, we were ushered to the locker area where we stored our things. It was fully equipped with everything a girl needs after stepping out of the shower. Hair blowers, toiletries and clean and sanitized hair brushes. The bath robes and towels were fluffy and soft too.
We took a shower after then spent some time in the jacuzzi. It was a bit awkward as this was my first time to do it with my mom haha! The jacuzzi was so huge and it can fit around 3-5 persons at a time. The water was infused with something I forgot to ask but it was so therapeutic. We were immediately given glasses of cold water upon stepping out after 30 minutes.
We were led to our room which is the biggest couples' massage room in the whole area. It has its own steam bath and shower area too. It has 2 large massage beds and an LCD Tv.
Our massage started with a foot soak followed by back massage and we were finally lulled into sleep by the expert hands of our therapists. By far, it was the most relaxing massage I ever had in terms of skill level. My mom's therapist has been doing her job for 7 years already and she's the one who trains newly hired masseurs. They knew where and when to hit just the right spot!
Overall, I pop the bottle for its excellent service and tip my sunglasses down to its grandeur ambiance and spotless interiors.
