Finally, our last day one the island. The mood here has got me lazy since there was nothing else to do. Like doing the same things for the past 2 days ain't enough. I know vacays are supposed to be like that but it gets tiring at times. I really regret not bringing a book (I have tons here at home that needs attending to). So yeah you know the drill, breakfast again.
So we walked our way again to the west side of the beach because the others went for a last minute dip in the pristine waters which you will only appreciate in the morning. KC, Reuel and I went to the cemetery to take pictures.

We all went back, packed and got ready to go. It was a Saturday already and guests started pouring in. I think all their huts were occupied. Good thing for us because we had the resort all to ourselves for a couple of days. We had our last snack before leaving.

Our bus back to Lucena |
We had lunch at the terminal and bought some local delicacies. Their Longganisang Lucban was P70/dozen and their quality broas (toasted bread coated in sugar) are P40/pack. The brand to look for is Teresa's (the boss and I finished it in one sitting). There are lot of food joints where you can eat besides fast food restaurants and for nature breaks, their restrooms are P5 per person.
Our trip back home took 5 hours because of the traffic. There was WiFi and a movie on board so don't expect to be bored. All in all the trip was fun, relaxing but got a bit boring towards the end. I will surely go back to Cagbalete Island but maybe stay in a different resort and bring a good book. :)
